Ringkasnya
Karcis Parkir dipakai pengelola parkir (halaman rumah, kos, warung, acara) untuk mencatat kendaraan masuk dan keluar: kendaraan difoto, karcis ber-QR dicetak atau dikirim lewat WhatsApp, lalu saat keluar QR karcis dipindai dan biayanya dihitung. Tidak ada akun dan tidak ada pendaftaran. Semua catatan dan foto tersimpan di HP pengelola dan tidak dikirim ke server kami. Aplikasi ini menampilkan iklan dari Google AdMob.
Data yang tersimpan di HP
Catatan parkir (nomor karcis, kode QR, jenis kendaraan, plat nomor, jam masuk dan keluar, biaya, denda karcis hilang, nomor WhatsApp kalau diisi petugas), foto kendaraan, tarif tiap jenis kendaraan, nama dan alamat tempat parkir, serta setelan aplikasi. Data itu hanya ada di memori aplikasi di HP dan hilang bila aplikasi dihapus.
Kamera, foto kendaraan, dan pembaca plat
Izin kamera dipakai di dua halaman saja: Masuk (memotret kendaraan) dan Keluar (membaca QR karcis). Kamera hanya menyala selama halaman itu terbuka. Foto kendaraan disimpan di penyimpanan aplikasi (tidak masuk galeri) dan, sesuai setelan, dihapus otomatis beberapa hari sesudah kendaraan keluar. Plat nomor dan QR karcis dibaca di HP memakai Google ML Kit yang terpasang di dalam aplikasi; gambar kamera tidak dikirim ke mana pun.
Printer Bluetooth
Karcis, struk, dan rekap dicetak ke printer termal Bluetooth yang sudah dipasangkan lewat Setelan Android. Izin Bluetooth hanya dipakai untuk menyambung ke printer itu. Aplikasi tidak memindai perangkat di sekitar dan tidak meminta izin lokasi.
WhatsApp dan berbagi
Gambar karcis, struk, rekap, berkas Excel, dan cadangan hanya keluar dari HP kalau petugas sendiri menekan Kirim atau Bagikan, lewat aplikasi pilihan (misalnya WhatsApp). Nomor WhatsApp pemilik kendaraan, kalau diisi, disimpan di catatan parkir di HP supaya struk bisa dikirim ke nomor yang sama.
Pemilik kendaraan
Pengelola parkir yang memakai aplikasi ini bertanggung jawab atas foto kendaraan dan nomor WhatsApp yang dicatatnya. Kami (pembuat aplikasi) tidak menerima, melihat, maupun menyimpan data itu.
Aplikasi lain dari kami
Menu ini mengunduh daftar aplikasi kami (berkas JSON dan ikon) dari kuduscyber.id. Tidak ada data dari HP yang dikirim; seperti permintaan web biasa, server mencatat alamat IP di log untuk keamanan dan pemeliharaan.
Iklan
Satu banner kecil di bagian bawah tab Laporan dan Setelan. Tidak ada iklan di Beranda, halaman Masuk (kamera), halaman pindai karcis, maupun rincian bayar, karena halaman itu dipakai sambil melayani orang. Tidak ada iklan layar penuh.
Iklannya disediakan Google AdMob. Untuk menampilkan iklan, mengukur kinerjanya, dan mencegah penipuan, AdMob dapat mengumpulkan ID iklan perangkat, alamat IP (dan perkiraan lokasi dari alamat itu), jenis perangkat dan sistem operasinya, catatan error dan diagnostik, serta interaksimu dengan iklan. Data itu dikirim langsung dari aplikasi ke Google dan diatur oleh kebijakan privasi Google.
Iklan yang dipersonalisasi bisa diatur di Pusat Iklan Google, atau ID iklan dihapus lewat Setelan Android → Google → Iklan. Di wilayah yang mewajibkannya (Eropa, Inggris, Swiss), Karcis Parkir meminta persetujuanmu lebih dulu sebelum iklan dimuat.
Usia pengguna
Aplikasi ini untuk pengelola parkir dewasa. Kami tidak meminta dan tidak menyimpan data pribadi siapa pun.
Yang TIDAK diambil
Kami tidak mengumpulkan nama, kontak, lokasi, foto, plat nomor, maupun catatan parkir. Izin yang dipakai: kamera (foto kendaraan dan pindai QR), Bluetooth (printer yang sudah dipasangkan), getar (tanda karcis terbaca), akses internet (iklan dan daftar aplikasi lain), pemeriksaan sambungan, dan ID iklan (untuk iklan).
Menghapus data
Hapus satu catatan dari halaman rinciannya, hapus riwayat lama lewat Setelan → Data & cadangan → Hapus riwayat lama, atau hapus aplikasi dari HP untuk menghapus semuanya.

Karcis Parkir Privacy Policy (English)

In short
Karcis Parkir is used by parking attendants (home yards, boarding houses, shops, events) to log vehicles in and out: the vehicle is photographed, a QR ticket is printed or sent via WhatsApp, and on the way out the ticket QR is scanned and the fee worked out. No account, no sign-up. All records and photos stay on the attendant's phone and are not sent to our servers. The app shows ads from Google AdMob.
Data stored on the phone
Parking records (ticket number, QR code, vehicle type, plate number, in and out times, fee, lost-ticket fine, a WhatsApp number if the attendant enters one), vehicle photos, rates per vehicle type, the parking place's name and address, and app settings. They live only in the app's storage and are deleted when you uninstall it.
Camera, vehicle photos and plate reading
Camera permission is used on two screens only: In (photographing the vehicle) and Out (reading the ticket QR). The camera is only on while that screen is open. Vehicle photos are kept in the app's storage (not the gallery) and, per your settings, deleted automatically some days after the vehicle leaves. Plates and ticket QR codes are read on the phone with Google ML Kit built into the app; camera images are not sent anywhere.
Bluetooth printer
Tickets, receipts and summaries print to a Bluetooth thermal printer that is already paired in Android settings. Bluetooth permission is only used to connect to that printer. The app doesn't scan for nearby devices and doesn't ask for location.
WhatsApp and sharing
Ticket, receipt and summary images, Excel files and backups only leave the phone when the attendant taps Send or Share, through an app of their choice (for example WhatsApp). A vehicle owner's WhatsApp number, if entered, is kept in the parking record on the phone so the receipt can go to the same number.
Vehicle owners
The parking operator using this app is responsible for the vehicle photos and WhatsApp numbers they record. We (the app maker) never receive, see or keep that data.
More apps from us
This menu downloads our app list (a JSON file and icons) from kuduscyber.id. Nothing from the phone is sent; like any web request, the server logs the IP address for security and maintenance.
Ads
One small banner at the bottom of the Reports and Settings tabs. No ads on Home, the In (camera) screen, the ticket scanner, or the payment screen, because those are used while serving people. No full-screen ads.
Ads are served by Google AdMob. To show ads, measure them, and prevent fraud, AdMob may collect the device advertising ID, IP address (and an approximate location derived from it), device type and operating system, crash and diagnostic logs, and your interactions with ads. This data goes directly from the app to Google and is governed by Google's privacy policy.
You can manage personalized ads in My Ad Center, or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads. In regions that require it (EU, UK, Switzerland), Karcis Parkir asks for your consent before any ad is loaded.
Age
The app is for adult parking operators. We don't ask for or keep anyone's personal data.
What we DON'T collect
No names, contacts, location, photos, plate numbers or parking records. Permissions used: camera (vehicle photos and QR scanning), Bluetooth (the paired printer), vibration (ticket-read feedback), internet (ads and the app list), network state, and the advertising ID (for ads).
Deleting data
Delete a single record from its detail screen, delete old history in Settings → Data & backup → Delete old history, or uninstall the app to delete everything.
