Ringkasnya
Video dipilih lewat pemilih berkas bawaan Android.
Iklannya disediakan Google AdMob.

Klipku Privacy Policy (English)
Effective 9 October 2026. Klipku means "My Clips".
In short
Klipku cuts long videos into short vertical (9:16) clips for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. There is no account and no sign-up. Your videos, audio, and speech transcripts are processed entirely on your phone and are never uploaded to our servers or anyone else's. The app shows ads from Google AdMob.
Videos you pick
Videos are chosen with Android's built-in file picker. Klipku only gets permission to read the videos you pick, does not ask to read your whole gallery, and does not copy the original. Klipku never changes or deletes your original video, including when you delete a project.
On-device processing
- Speech to text (subtitles): the whisper.cpp speech engine running on your phone.
- Faces and picture content: Google ML Kit (face detection to keep the speaker in frame, image labeling for caption ideas). The models are bundled with the app and pictures are analysed on the phone, not sent anywhere. Under the ML Kit terms, ML Kit may send usage statistics and diagnostics (not your pictures or videos) to Google.
- Analysis results (transcript, picture features, audio levels, clip choices, and subtitle fixes you type) are stored in the app's storage on your phone and are deleted with the project or the app.
- Long videos are analysed in a foreground service with a progress notification, so it keeps going with the screen off. The notification permission is used for that progress and the "clips ready" message.
Speech model
On first use Klipku downloads a speech model file (about 31 MB for Fast or 57 MB for Accurate) from Hugging Face, once. Only the model file is downloaded; no video or data from your phone is sent. Like any web request, Hugging Face's server may log the IP address. You can delete models in Settings.
Saved clips
Clips are saved as MP4 videos in the Movies/Klipku folder on your phone with the name you choose. A clip only leaves your phone if you tap Share and pick the destination app.
More apps from us
This menu downloads a list of our apps (a JSON file and icons) from kuduscyber.id. No data from your phone is sent; like any web request, the server logs the IP address for security and maintenance.
Ads
A small banner at the bottom of the home, results, and settings screens. A full-screen ad only occasionally, after you close the “Saved to gallery” box (at most once every 3 minutes, never within the first 45 seconds). No ads appear while a video is being saved, and the edit screen has no banner.
Ads are served by Google AdMob. To show ads, measure them, and prevent fraud, AdMob may collect the device advertising ID, IP address (and an approximate location derived from it), device type and operating system, crash and diagnostic logs, and your interactions with ads. This data goes directly from the app to Google and is governed by Google's privacy policy.
You can manage personalized ads in My Ad Center, or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads. In regions that require it (EU, UK, Switzerland), Klipku asks for your consent before any ad is loaded.
What we do NOT collect
We do not collect names, contacts, location, video content, voice recordings, or transcripts. Permissions used: internet access (speech model, ads, and app list), notifications, foreground service, keeping the phone awake during analysis, storage (Android 9 and older only, to save clips to the gallery), network state, and the advertising ID (for ads).
Your own videos
Klipku is made for videos you recorded yourself or have the right to use. It has no feature to download videos from YouTube or other sites. You are responsible for the copyright of the videos you process and upload.
Age
Klipku is not directed at children. We do not ask for or store anyone's personal data.
Deleting data
Delete a clip or a whole project with the bin icon (saved clips in the gallery can be deleted too if you tick the box), delete speech models in Settings, or uninstall the app to delete all app data. Clips already saved in Movies/Klipku stay until you delete them.
