Karcis Parkir mengganti karcis sobek untuk parkir halaman rumah, kos, warung, sekolah, atau acara: kendaraan difoto, karcis ber-QR dicetak atau dikirim lewat WhatsApp, dan saat diambil cukup pindai karcisnya, foto kendaraan dan biayanya langsung tampil. Semua tersimpan di HP, tanpa akun.
Sebelum mulai
- Setelan → Tempat parkir: isi nama tempat (dicetak di atas karcis), alamat, dan nomor telepon.
- Setelan → Jenis kendaraan & tarif: ubah tarif Motor, Mobil, Sepeda, atau tambah jenis lain (truk, bus). Pilih cara hitung Sekali masuk (bisa berlaku per 24 jam untuk yang menginap) atau Per jam (jam pertama, tiap jam berikutnya, dan batas per 24 jam).
- Setelan → Printer karcis: pasangkan printer termal Bluetooth 58 mm lewat Setelan Bluetooth HP dulu (sandi biasanya 0000 atau 1234), lalu Pilih printer dan Uji cetak karcis. Tanpa printer, karcis tetap bisa dikirim lewat WhatsApp.
- Denda karcis hilang, catatan bawah karcis dan struk, serta cetak otomatis ada di Setelan → Karcis & struk.
Beranda
- Pendapatan hari ini, jumlah kendaraan masuk, keluar, dan yang masih di dalam.
- Dua tombol besar: Masuk (foto & buat karcis) dan Keluar (pindai karcis). Kamera hanya menyala di dua halaman itu, jadi baterai lebih awet.
- Di bawahnya daftar Masih parkir, bisa dicari plat atau nomor karcis.
Kendaraan masuk
- Pilih jenis kendaraan, arahkan kamera dengan plat di dalam kotak kuning, tekan Foto & buat karcis.
- Plat dibaca otomatis dari foto (bisa diketik atau dibetulkan). Karcis bernomor urut harian dengan QR langsung jadi dan, kalau cetak otomatis menyala, langsung tercetak.
- Isi nomor WA pemilik lalu Kirim untuk mengirim gambar karcis ke WhatsApp-nya.
- Berikutnya = kamera tetap terbuka untuk kendaraan berikutnya; Selesai = kembali ke Beranda.
Kendaraan keluar
- Tekan Keluar, sodorkan QR karcis (kertas atau di layar HP pemilik) ke kamera. Rincian terbuka: foto kendaraan (cocokkan dengan kendaraannya), plat, lama parkir, dan biaya.
- Tekan Bayar & keluarkan. Struk tidak wajib: Cetak struk atau kirim lewat WhatsApp kalau diminta.
- Karcis hilang? Tekan tombolnya di halaman pindai, cari plat di Beranda, buka kendaraannya, lalu centang Karcis hilang (denda ditambahkan kalau diatur).
- Salah keluarkan? Di rinciannya ada Batalkan keluar.
Laporan
- Harian atau Bulanan, geser tanggal dengan panah. Pendapatan, jumlah masuk / keluar, grafik per hari (bulanan), dan rekap per jenis kendaraan.
- Cetak rekap ke printer, Kirim rekap sebagai teks WhatsApp, atau tombol tabel di kanan atas untuk berkas Excel.
- Cari plat atau nomor karcis di daftar kendaraan keluar untuk cetak ulang struk.
Data, cadangan, dan HP penuh
- Setelan → Data & cadangan → Cadangkan & bagikan: kirim cadangan ke WA sendiri atau Drive. Pulihkan lewat Pulihkan dari cadangan (foto kendaraan tidak ikut cadangan).
- Kalau HP mulai penuh, Beranda menampilkan pengingat. Cadangkan dulu, lalu Hapus riwayat lama (lebih dari 1, 3, 6, 12 bulan, atau semua yang sudah keluar). Kendaraan yang masih parkir tidak ikut terhapus.
- Foto kendaraan yang sudah keluar dihapus otomatis sesudah 7, 30, atau 90 hari (atur di Setelan → Foto kendaraan).
Bahasa, mata uang, dan plat
- Bahasa Indonesia atau English (ikut HP, atau pilih di Setelan).
- Mata uang ikut negara HP, bisa diganti di Setelan → Mata uang & plat (termasuk mata uang bersen). Format plat Indonesia paling akurat; Umum untuk plat negara lain.
Tips di lapangan
- Malam hari: tekan tombol senter di halaman Masuk atau Keluar supaya plat dan QR tetap terbaca.
- QR karcis yang dikirim lewat WhatsApp bisa langsung dipindai dari layar HP pemilik; minta kecerahan layarnya dinaikkan.
- Plat kotor, miring, atau tertutup: ketik platnya di kolom plat sebelum menekan Foto, atau betulkan sesudahnya.
- Pakai kertas termal 58 mm; simpan printer jauh dari panas dan hujan supaya cetakan tidak pudar.
- Ramai sekali? Pakai Berikutnya sesudah tiap karcis supaya kamera tidak perlu dibuka ulang.
Karcis Parkir guide (English)
Karcis Parkir replaces paper tear-off tickets for parking in home yards, boarding houses, shops, schools or events: the vehicle is photographed, a QR ticket is printed or sent via WhatsApp, and at pick-up you just scan the ticket to see the vehicle photo and the fee. Everything stays on the phone, no account.
Before you start
- Settings → Parking place: name (printed on top of tickets), address, phone.
- Settings → Vehicle types & rates: Per visit (optionally per 24 hours for overnight) or Per hour (first hour, each extra hour, max per 24 hours).
- Settings → Ticket printer: pair a 58 mm Bluetooth thermal printer in the phone's Bluetooth settings first, then Choose printer and Test print. Without a printer, tickets can still go out via WhatsApp.
Home
- Today's income and vehicles in / out / inside, two big buttons In and Out (the camera only runs there), and the Still parked list with search.
Vehicle in
- Pick the vehicle type, keep the plate inside the yellow box, tap Photo & make ticket. The plate is read automatically; the numbered QR ticket prints (auto print) or is sent to the owner's WhatsApp.
- Next vehicle keeps the camera open; Done returns home.
Vehicle out
- Tap Out and hold the ticket QR to the camera: photo, plate, duration and fee appear. Tap Pay & check out; print or send a receipt only if asked.
- Lost ticket: search the plate on Home, open the vehicle and tick Lost ticket (adds the fine, if set). Undo check-out fixes mistakes.
Reports
- Daily or monthly income, vehicle counts, a per-day chart, totals per vehicle type; print or send the summary, or export to Excel. Search a plate in the list to reprint a receipt.
Data & backup
- Back up & share to your own WhatsApp or Drive; restore from Settings. When the phone gets full, Home reminds you: back up first, then Delete old history. Vehicles still parked are never deleted.
Language, currency and plates
- English or Indonesian; currency follows your phone's country and can be changed (cents supported); plate format Indonesia or Other countries.
Tips
- At night, tap the flashlight button on the In or Out screen so plates and QR codes stay readable.
- A ticket sent via WhatsApp can be scanned straight off the owner's phone screen; ask them to turn up the brightness.
- Dirty or covered plate: type it before tapping Photo, or fix it afterwards. Use 58 mm thermal paper.
- Busy rush? Use Next vehicle after each ticket so the camera stays open.
